Bhd., a company registered in Malaysia (SSM Registration No. 202601037205 (1699300-D)) with its business address at E2-15-17, Simfoni Heights, Jalan Medan Selayang 1, Medan Selayang, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor, Malaysia. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Golden Vantage Sdn. Bhd.

2. Use of Our Website

  • You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when placing orders or creating an account.
  • You must not use our website for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to interfere with its security or operation.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Purchases

All sales of physical goods (including blind boxes and merchandise) are subject to product availability.

  • An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or a transaction appears fraudulent. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
  • We may limit the quantity of certain items, including limited-edition collectibles, that can be purchased per customer.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout. We make every effort to display accurate prices and product information, but errors may occasionally occur; we reserve the right to correct them. Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

6. Blind Box Policy

Due to the randomized nature of blind boxes, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the factory seal is broken.

  • Each blind box contains one randomly selected item. Specific characters or designs cannot be chosen or guaranteed.
  • Purchasing multiple blind boxes does not guarantee a complete set or the absence of duplicates.
  • Probabilities for rare or secret items, where stated, are provided by the manufacturer and are not guaranteed per order.

7. Other Products

For collectible toys and accessories (other than opened blind boxes), if you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit or different from what you ordered, you may request a return or refund as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be unused and in their original packaging for any approved replacement or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos and the Golden Vantage name, is the property of Golden Vantage Sdn. Bhd. and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without our written permission. Characters, brands and trademarks shown on blind boxes and collectible products belong to their respective owners and artists.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden Vantage Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect once published on this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
